Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nelximo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

Description of Services

Nelximo provides professional launch coordination services for collectively-funded real estate projects in Chile. Our services include co-ownership regulation drafting, financial structure design, administrator selection, banking infrastructure setup, assembly organization, and six-month operational support.

Service Scope and Limitations

Our services are limited to launch coordination and transition support. We do not provide:

Long-term building management or administration
Legal representation or legal advice
Financial advice or investment recommendations
Real estate brokerage services
Construction management services

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about their project
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Review and approve documentation we prepare
Participate actively in the transition process
Make timely payment for services rendered

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website and materials we create are owned by Nelximo and are protected by Chilean and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom documentation we create for specific clients becomes the property of those clients upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

Nelximo provides professional services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

Decisions made by co-owners or administrators after our engagement ends
Changes to Chilean property law that occur after service delivery
Disputes between co-owners that arise from factors outside our control
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nelximo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chile.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
